Greetings and salutations!

 

I'm Devon, a multi-disciplinary theatre practitioner currently based in Stratford-upon-Avon. I am also the founder and artistic director of Mad Atomie Theatre Company. I hold an MA in Shakespeare + Creativity from the The Shakespeare Institute. Specializing in Shakespeare, musical theatre, and opera, I work primarily as an actor, director, and playwright. I have worked in both traditional theatre spaces as well as educational and nontraditional settings, such as pubs and outdoor venues.

 

As a consent-forward theatre artist and advocate for expanding diversity on stage, my academic research and professional practice are grounded in casting equity, ethical intimacy, and the reframing of early modern works for the audiences of the 21st century.
